The Bake off technical challenges were used to rank the bakers every week from best to worst, it made the bakers use their baking knowledge to complete the challenge.  The challenges also had a time limit, which put the bakers under even more pressure. 

There are around 63 technical challenges spanning 7 series of The Great British Bake Off. As the series progressed the technical challenges got harder and more complex. Also the recipes given to the bakers got sparser and sparser. However, I will have the full recipe, which will make it a bit easier for me.

By attempting the Bake off technical challenges, it will help to improve my baking skills and also it will encourage me to bake different things that I often would bake such as pastries. I will try to show as many pictures as I can when I attempt these challenges so I can show you a step-by-step process of the challenges.
