Hazelnut Praline


Hazelnut Praline:

100g Hazelnuts

50g Caster Sugar


1. Place the sugar and hazelnuts in a pan and place over the hob.

2. Heat until the sugar starts to turn a golden brown colour.

3. Then pour the hazelnuts on top of a lined baking tray and leave to cool.

4. Once the hazelnuts have cooled, place in a food processor and blitz until the hazelnuts become course and powder like.
